Select Your DNA Test, the number of participants and make the payment.

Step 2 - Print out your Test Submission Form
After the payment is received you will be able to print the "Test Submission Form". Complete the forms, making sure that you fill in all the required information. You’ll be sending this in with your saliva DNA samples.
Step 3 - Collect your DNA samples
Sample collection is simple and straightforward.
You need to supply cotton tip swabs, such as Q-tips which are readily available, and you will need to swabs for each person. As the video shows you will be swabbing the inside cheek with one swab and the other inside cheek with a second swab. Place the two swabs from each person in a separate mark envelope and if you and you are used swab with a cotton tip at each end cut off or snap off the cotton and you did not swab with.
Step 4 - Send the samples back to our laboratory.
Each person swabs are placed in a separate envelope with their name or initials marked on it.
Place the sample submission form with the return address to be marked on the external envelope that the small envelopes are placed into along with the paperwork.
Step 5 - ANALYZE YOUR SAMPLE
While your DNA is being analyzed at the lab, you will be able to follow our procedure using our system online.
Step 6 - Receive the results online
Results are available 5-7 business days from receipt of samples and can be tracked using a tracking number on our secure results portal.
